Angelina to the rescue
You know sometimes when you look in the mirror in the morning and you get such a fright that all you want to do is cry "oh, noooo", and run back to the bedroom and hide under the covers for the rest of the day?
When I have one of those days and if I must face the outside world in order to get to work or something, I find it can be really helpful to have access to pictures of the beautiful people looking rough, because somehow it manages to take the edge of my own misery.
This is one of my favourite first-aiders. Sure, when she makes even the slightest bit of effort Ange morphs into a knock-out, but I can live with that, because if I concentrate I usually succeed in focussing only on our shared moments of looking rough. And that makes me feel a little bit better.

Ciao Wasp! Good to meet you over at my blog... you could use US Magazine in the States as weekly therapy--they have at least one double-page spread each week of celebs "they're just like us!" and some of those shots are hilarious. Kind of sad though how Angie can almost hardly manage to look rough... I mean, if this is her "rough" shot, then we're all in trouble really...
Britney Spears (have you SEEN her lately??) is making me feel particularly good looking these days!
Shelley, thanks for visiting and I'm gonna be looking into a subscription to US Magazine asap. Btw -- my man made me feel even better by saying the cat was prettier than me today (which is true, we do have a very pretty cat, but still, shut up man!).
Gringa, good to see you again (and happy birthday to the Queen's own), and god yeah, Britney is not looking too good is she? It's true what they say I suppose, you can take the girl out of the trailer, but you can't take the trailer out of the girl.
